We understand the importance of visiting the dentist regularly and maintaining good oral hygiene. For those patients who are looking for an alternative to dental insurance, deductibles, frequency limits, or out-of-pocket maximums, Lakeville Dental offers a dental membership plan. Our membership plans cover all your preventative care, routine x-rays, and savings on other treatment procedures. Plan benefits start immediately, and membership runs for 12 months from the date you join. There are no deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums, denial of claims, or pre-approvals. Our membership plan also includes 15% off all procedures completed at our office and products sold in our office. This includes cosmetic procedures, Invisalign, in-office, and at-home whitening.
